Iv just fitted a 25mm carb to my bike and im trying to set it up at the moment. There are two main issues about it: It doesnt run smooth on 1/4 throttle, it revs and splutters until i give it more gas, at which point it kicks in pretty violently. Im not sure what thats down too which makes it difficult to adjust. The other issue is when im decelerating from full throttle. It doesnt seem to go back to idle quick enough, as if the clutch was staying engaged, and if i give it some revs when decelerating it bogs very slightly. When i reach a certain speed it frees up. BTW setup is 172, 25mm carb, stubby MHR manifold and 180 vario. Any help would be great!! Cheers
idle mix and jets.. so that leaves fuck all else to try really.. really helpful drop the needle down a notch and wind the idle mix out half a turn
