you want pretty much all the tuning parts available for the motor to gain that kind of power purely on parts. 22-24bhp is an acheivble figure, any more and you want to be looking at port work.

as with any tuning the reliability will suffer.

    hmm on a gilera 125... i recon...
    172
25m carb.polini inlet and reed block
    malossi crank
    malossi gearings
    malossi varo
    malossi belt
    malossi torque driver
    pm 59
    and some porting
    should get you 25-27bhp easy
also i think acceleration would be quick :msn1:

you seem to like malossi, go with the BGM 55mm crank, its cheaper.

lol dont like malossi just a good crank that just bangs in.. im sure 55m would need settings up correctly? true tho when its set up would make the bike a 183cc  that would be sweet!

just listed it above but a 55m bgm crank :msn1:
    172
25m carb.polini inlet and reed block
    55m bgm crank
    gear up kit
    variator
    kevlar belt
    malossi torque driver
    pm 59
    and some porting

(EDIT oh and after about 24 bhp im sure reliablity goes down..... all i can say is fastlane had a 26bhp bike and was always braking down but he used it everyday....)

the crank dosnt need to be setup, you have tu use spacers for the barrel though.

the polini is an iron liner, therefore can be honed and re-bored but dosn't produce as much power as an alloy barrel.

well ill get a malossi one as ive had one before but fucked the barrel.. yh i meant like spacers but i doubnt i would get it right.. if i had it ported would it not be as reliable or would i need to do anything to keep it in good condition?.. do you know how much minor charges for porting? n is he good lol..

it depends on what you want doing really. yes minor's porting is damn good. porting will reduce the reliability of the bike.

well 28m will drink more fuel then a 25m carb lol depends what u want... and psn scooter told me straight inlet manifold arnt that good... somthing about at top speed they dont let in enough fuel...25m carb is a good carb... fastlane has a 25m carb and he is gettin 27.9bhp set up on psn dyno....
