ok so i almost finished my nrg 172 project. but the wiring just dosent wana work.
    first
    the ignition works fine
also the front light is working
    same as horn

but i started wiring up my koso's done everything as on diagram they seem to work, when i turn ignition on they light up etc , but if i turn my headlight on all the numbers disappear and just stays on with blue light.

also my indicators and brake light dosent want to work at all!

i checked the fuses ( 3 of them ) and i changed the relay which im not sure about if it works, and the metal box thing that i had left over from my runner

my horn sometimes just turns on randomly

could this be some earth issue ? also i connected the 'dna' switch gear on and im not sure if i did everything right

would really appreciate if someone could help me here as im not good at all these electric stuff

Are you using typhoon, runner or nrg converted loom?

What live did you connect the live for the actual clocks to if that makes sense? Does sound like there might be a bad earth somewhere but it's hard to say.

The horn circuit isn't too complicated I'd guess that was a short somewhere if it's doing it randomly with no input from anything?

And the DNA switch gear wiring colours ect is nearly the same as most other piaggios. Should work as good as standard when fitted properly but it does take a small amount of head scratching to get right. If not then just matching them with wiring diagrams is best

The loom on my typhoon was a pain in the arse it actually worked out much quicker and easier to take it off the bike and replace about half of it...

im using typhoon 125 loom not converted,

i connected the earth wire for kosos to the one that came up to the clocks , the actual earth is connected to frame under rear left panel and i also got the wire from engine cases to the frame as that how my runner was like

i will try playing around with the switches today and the horn aswell
