hi i got a typh 125 engine in a 50frame dne everything but the 125 loom wnt work i tried everything but it dnt work the ignition is live and works fine but nufin else does also it likes to cut out all the time hten wnt start till the next day i rekon its overheating
rec is fucked maybe? check all the loom earths, is the petrol wiring/oil tank wiring in place? ignition switch not fucked, all the wires pushed right into the fuse box?
kk yer well i aint connected the lights thats it and does the rec have to be bolted onto the frame everything else is connected but like the horn and starter and that dnt work
yes bolt the rec down and wire the lights up. make sure the earth next to the rec (big black wire with a ring on it) is screwd down.. theres a few (one by the rec/ignition/both, a few at the back where the starter relay is, earth the battery, check the fuses, connect everything)
oh yer shit i just noticed that wire by the rec aint earthed the ring is snapped off gna get a new one on there and the relay is bolted on but where does that earth coz aint one meant to earth to the crankcase and is htere any more thanks alot man
nah the bikes in my bed init nah i member the wire just hanging and i said 2 u and ur bro swear dats a earth and evry1 just looked at me gormless we'll sort it sat i'll cum urs we'll strip the pans get some progress this time
