yes you can... my mate put a sr/runner 125 manifold on a gilera runner 50cc/nrg 50cc/dna 50cc.... duno if the 21m carb will fit into that manifold tho... try it

Why spend cash on a straight one if you have a 125 one laying about that'll fit fine? :wtf:

@nrgandy: I wish I did have money to burn :bird:
The rubber manifold it has at the moment on the Ice is leaking air, I havent a clue if its the original rubber manifold that came with the scooter, but its really flimsy compared to my one from the SR.
the only shite is I can't get the old manifold off the damn gilera Ice at the moment, the bolts won't budge :(

Its bogging down nasty in lower speeds aswell, setup so far is as follows:

    Malossi 70cc kit
malossi multivar 2000 now with 5.5g rollers( had 7g when I checked and changed them as they were way to heavy I think?) pulloff was shite!
    malossi kevlar belt
21mm dellorto carb still with 98 main jet, have done a plug chop and colour looks fine all choccy brown colour.

So open to suggestions on how to stop it bogging?

    Cheers

    Di

just bang a 8mm spaner on and use a bit of tube for leverage and it should come of easy. dunno about the bogging tho

warm it up die.. if you have to cut the outside of the 2 lugs off and take the block out, then the bolts should come out easy

bogging is down to the jet. too big so slam say an 88 in there.

I would warm it up but now the bloody thing won't start :( got a spark, charged battery etc still no go :(

Also the rubber inlet it has is sitting in a metal base, if you get what I mean?

ye di some inlets are fully metal at the bottom, most are metal under the rubber tho.

make sure theres no air leek and the reeds are intact. also check the carb has fuel in the float bowl (suck on the vacume pipe to the fuel tap and unscrew the 14mm nut at the bottom) the black 21mm carbs go into a 50 manifold just fine an somtimes the 125 ones are a little big. try a big jubilee clip and tighten it up alot
