Where is the best place to get a 125 kit for an aerox 100cc, cheers for your help, p.s could you recommend some good tuning parts that would increase the performance of the bike,
The most you can do to that bike is to bring it to a 125 stage ..... and there is no point.... if i where u id take the 100 engine out and put a 70 in :w00t:
Best upgrade would be to scrap it and buy a 125 and 172 it and piss allover aerox 100s. Even tho most 70s will do it anyways xD
your motor is based on the yamaha BWS 100, its a taiwanese bike which has been tuned to the living tits over here, im pretty sure you can have it embaressing 172s. theres a 56mm watercooling kit which can be bored out further to 58mm and there is a crank that puts stroke at 53mm, do your maths and that means 140cc, my bikes engine is based on yours and its a real torque monster compared to the revving 70s. i can help you out with you getting parts for you engine, its cheap too so gimme a shout if you want.
ok, your tryin to tell me an IRON 150 engine is gonna spank out a 172? me thinks not. do the same work to ANY other engine and it's just as fast if not faster and ALOT cheaper tunning aerox 100's isnt cost effective.. an me thinks ytou need to RIDE a 172 befor making assumptions
donotlink pedstop sell them cheapest i found , not really worth it 2bh im erunning that sort of setup with 22mm carb and only gettin a TRUE speed (digital speedo imp: ) of 70 water cooling kit must be expensive, does that include everything i.e radiator , hoses , pump just doesnt really sound worth it , if the prices are decent, the cranks not gonna be cheap either for the amount of added power its gonna give, the tuning scene in taiwan sounds mental , the amount of parts avaliable out there is ridiculous :drool:
for four strokes ye its great, if it was that great dont you think smellybumlove (-LOL like it do we :w00t: ) would have a 125?? or a piggy or mina powered bike?? germany is the place to be for 2 STROKE piggy and mina tuning parts
its not cost effective in the uk but we have many good parts for this enigne which make it nock on the door of 20bhp with a displacement of 130cc, the BWS100 is one of the most popular bikes ever in taiwan and they are very very tuneable and most importantly NOT italian!. they wont pull 90mph but will hit over 70mph and if its faster than my bike its dangerous off the line, i had to put heavier rollers in mine to stop it from flipping and thats at a lower tuned state of 123cc.
