How greatly would the performance increase with a 120 bore on my 100 speedy, its got a sporty, K&N filter, and slightly heavier rollers if it helps lol

    cheers :)

To be honest mate, my friend has a 120 bore on his speedy and it hasn't made hardly any difference. A 50 speedy with a decent 70 kit, pipe an carb would most probably have a 100/120 up to 55-60.

I THINK!!! Don't quote me on it.

alright buddy... tbh i want my bike hitting 80ish then i'm happy... but speedo sticks at 51 even tho i can feel accelleration still burning on up so i'm not entirely sure on speed at the mo... but im guessing around70 since i can overtake on the dually with relative ease

Need a miracle to hit 80 on that mate. I mean, a 125 runner will only hit 75.

60? nah its quicker than that... mates 50 aerox gets 55 and m8s rs50 63 GPS clocked and i do them both with ease... but without a working speedo or GPS clocking not sure =\

wat can you recommend to get my top end higher?
also i dnt seem to get much power to the wheels (unsure if thats the correct term but we'll see :) ) if i whack on the front brake and push the bike forward and give shit loads of revs it doesnt wheelspin/burnout, whereas m8s 50's do? would this be from heavy rollers? gearing? im not an expert but these kinda make sense to me :L x

lol the size of pug inlets is laughable its tiny. i think a mate of mine has a 120 kit somewhere he had it on his bike and it was nippy untill he crashed it

in all honesty you can throw £500 at the speedy, gain 10mph and smile, or throw £200 at it, chop the motor in for a piaggio 125 motor and smile just as much for less than half the cost (then you can buy a 172 and a big carb with the spare pennies).
