10 second quarters on a scooter? Nicked from BCF

Anyone know anything about this? Pm hit 11.90 (I take it that's without nitrous) and team dwarf racing are something like that too.

i wouldnt say so if its running what he says its running along with a 10bhp shot of nos

the bike doesnt have to do over 134 or whatever to make the 10s, just needs the acceleration ratio to be much higher, which generally it will be on something like this.

 

I can tell you all right away that thing is never hitting 10seconds or anyware near it nos or no nos :w00t:

And even TDR have a handfull using there nos at high speeds on there sprinters from what they told me scooter trying to lift at 100mph etc etc... if you tried that on that runner you will either flip it or loose control straight away.

Does look nice but you have to take such things with a pinch of salt some times?

And is it me or is that a 25mm carb and a standard sort of looking inlet hard to see from the pics???????????

Looks like a standard 172 to me with a nos bottle for that little bit extra.. Seen a few in the past anyone remember that green wizard of nos runner that was 172 and nos and what was thats best 14-15 secs...?

But again hard to tell from pics but i rekon the bloke is having everyone on VX forks 25mm carb standard looking inlet?????

I'm not backing this guy at all. Just interested in how he thinks he gets 10 secs.

Minor was only going by the pic in the first post as you can only see a lil bit of the forks and though they may be f36s with all the other stuff he has bought and the 8k he has spent lol

 

i agree with james, sorry but how can that thing do a 10sec 1/4 with all that unnecessary shit on it? the foot plates, wing mirrors, basically every thing all add weight, so unless the devil ported it and hand forge the pistons out of his own chest hair, i dont see how a road legal runner with the above mods will do quicker times then stripped to the bare essentials sprinter, the guys on bcf have all scrached bald patches in the heads from trying to figure out how this dudes claims can be true!?.

There are 3 RWYB meets left at santa pod still to go everyone should get down to one meet everyone bring there scooters then we can see what everyones so called fast as fuck scooters can really do...??????

Just an idea as there are 3 meets left this year for RWYB and no doubt this month and next month you will get cold days witch means cold air which means scooters will run at there best and as long as it dont rain you cant go wrong unless the wind is blasting towards you.....You no never no we might see a runner with nos do a 10 second run?

Cos if anyone no's about scooters and doing sprints i can tell you that you need a real mother of an engine to even get close to getting into the 13's let alone 10seconds.

But i do like the look of that scooter looks nice.
