    belt slip

    Thanks Guys for your information I changed the belt in my mates Aerox 100 and it made all the difference. The belt was 4mm too narrow Thanks again Gaz

    Great I have the cover off and the shaft came out with it there bis play on the bearing.So another job to attempt. Thanks for your help again....

    Hi the squish is very important we didn't know this. The squish on bikes 50cc to 80cc need a sqish of 0.6mm to 0.8mm it makes a massive differance...
