Once run it should do low 60s fine. I did once take it down a very big hill and get 72mph lol
That's the joy of fitting parts like this, sometimes you have to tweak as you go to get them to work as they should.
They are cheap get both :-)
I still think it should pull off, but it would be some trial and error. Even if you did have to chop the outer cable it would all be kept in place...
I would snip the old cable and try and pull it off, failing that cut the outer sleeve and slide it over the new cable :-)

Could I get away with fitting 130/60-13 front and 130/70-12 rear. Would it matter that the front and rear tyre match being 130 wide ??
