Orange wire goes from CDI to coil Red wire goes to red on stator Connect black to earth aswell as yellow/green wire

Its for the standard DNA exhaust system which circulate the air around the transmission.
Check the inlet manifold for cracks n check reeds to c if there is a gap or breaks in them. And the speed fight clutch will not fit the DNA mate.
Not really longer engines then the runners cuz of the wheel size n I have got two dnas n I know they will do 60mph on flat and 55 uphill they have...
Yeah its safe to remove the carb restrictor n it is sounds like not a lot of fuel/air getting in the engine take the restriction out n it will run...
The cdi unit will be restricted to 10,000 rpm so could not be that n have a look where the airbox goes to the carb cause there is a brass plate...
N it will take less stain off the crank which will slightly increase throttle response

Most people on the aerox cut the bottom of the seat to fit the carb over the wheel mate [IMG]
Hi what wires do u connect to the kill switch n did u just put the earth cable to the frame
Try n new cdi unit , ht lead, cap or it might be flywheel/ alternator. Is it a new spark plug n r u grounding it to the engine

Yeah they are at 10,000rpm u need to a unlimited cdi mate u can get it from pedparts or donotlink mate
