dellorto's dont come stock on your aerox so i'd look into what size it is ect, that way you will know how to set it up/ parts ect

deffinetly setup up that carb for you 50cc barrel, is the carb still a 12.5mm guntner? I doubt an 80cc barrel would run well at all with a 12.5mm...

the air mixture screw only changes the mixture at idle. If you say its bogging at full throttle try upjetting the main jet
what size jet does it already take? To be honest save yourself some time and ditch the air filter and just remove the snorkel out the stock airbox...
