i totally agree on both subjects, air cooled is easy to work with, but then again a bit of extra work means your bike could be faster ;) liquid...
just to state, i highly doubt you will get any more out of your bike without changing the gearing, you could put a 70cc big bore on to your bike...
i bought two of these same mopeds, to leave one near enough standard and the other tuned with every penny possible, and well i came across the pm...

i agree on ped speedos, ive took a rough guess at around 5 mph maybe more, but a 62 plate range rover has got to have a clock thats somewhere...
