Unscrew it, screw the one back in, simple as that.

Thanks for the tips. Will give it a try. I also cannot get it to idle and it runs very rich too. Any ideas on that.
Tried doing that already with various plugs including normal and iridium ones too. Nothing unfortunately.
The ped itself with the 190 is 2 years old, still going strong, just a few issues which I have no clue about unfortunately.
Can I do that please, I feel mine is really bad for many different reasons lol.
