Alright people, I havn't been online much for a while. Reason being I've been working on a university portfolio, as I applied to Vehicle Design...

right, got the mudguard out of the mould today...the first mudguard ever made like this :P I know the bikes a state at the moment but bare...
you're right, although i'm not using a male, it's not really necessary....the underside will not be seen and therefore it's not really required....
you've got to gel coat it before you trim it mate lol as it's a part of the mould just been down to tillet again, and here's how it's...

just make sure you use plastic primer.....or it won't be flexible and won't bond to the panel properly and your paint will most likely crack
been down tillet today waxed the edges after putting a release agent on it, filled all the dimples with wax: [img] then gel coated it:...
alright people tonight done a bit of work on my mudguard had it filler sprayed, and spent a good hour and a half sanding and smoothing it...
