Get an RS125, you won't be dissapointed ;) Unless you do what everyone seems to do and buy a right dog of a bike and complain that it blows up....
If the carb is still jetted for the standard pipe, yes
rs125's are RESTRICTED by having a permanently closed valve, because it restricts top end power. And on a cbt the limit is 14.6hp, not 33hp.
Those engines have a restirction built into the variator, so you'll need to replace it with a performance one
But the factory restricted rs125 had a powervalve installed, but closed all the time so it makes no top end power. With it closed the whole time...
Now that i have my RS i just carry some wire cutters incase i have a crash and need to 'restrict' it by cutting the powervalve wires

yeah mate definately needs less oil. I'd try and find a 19mm or 17.5mm carb though, will run so much nicer
