Just had full rebuild and won't runn right,, will tick over allay but wen you open throttle it pops farts and misses like a c**t :( :( need help...
I put all the set up on and did about ten miles just to have a play, but then though may aswell change bearings and seals just for peace of mind,...
Ive just rebuilt the engine,it's got all new parts,polini 70 sports kit,new crank bearings and seals,new plug,cleaned carb, checked all wiring,......
It's had new plug... Piston and rings.... Cleaned carb... Triple checked piton in right way... Changed crank seals again.... Jettings rights as it...
I've just put new crank bearings and seals (twice) and it's bogging like fuck was running mint befor I did this........ I've tried every thing and...
Small update.. I've taken the engin out a striped tuner paint and recon, I.e new bearings seals flow cases best I can (first time) and port/polish...
I no tell me about it.. Just saving up for some new bit and bobs and the hadle bars +stem, don't no what make yet...... Errrm I've got candy apple...

finaly got some new parts :) ... got a polini 9roller veriator,koso clocks,tnt jack up kit,tnt side stand :) heres few pics as it stands now.....

Thorn I would need to mate, could you recommend a good vitiator and belt? I'm thinking stage6 as I've herd bad thinkgs about the new polini ones,...

That's for that buddy :) I have put so carbo reeds in they came with 70 kit :) dot you no if the stage6 viriator any good? And would you recomend...
