The rollers you have in at the moment are right for your standard setup, they might be affecting performance if they're worn though.
Id say just get a leo vince TT as there quite resonably priced, and as hes going to keep it a 50 it would work resonablly well.

Lean is when your getting too much oil in your mixture, if this is the case it can cause it to overheat.
Check its not running to lean
