i have this problem same variator and same kit i have a rattling sound the other night i took apart all the starter ring checked plug gap and...
Got a proper 50 zx pipe on my aerox now instead of that 100 :/ and now its running well its up and down revvs got a mallossi variator on my bike...
anything ??
it pops when the bike gets up to higher revs like downhill and it misses slightly at idle smells really lean
For the standard 12 it should have been at about 72 but this carb had a 79 jet in when i ot it as its17.5 and i think its off a piaggio i know...
no the bike does not backfire all the time just when i go off the throttle its just lumpy jumps up and down speeds
Clean the connections with sand paper mine had a buzz and it was just the connections
