With my rd125 I used a magnet to get big bits then filled with petrol and shock it around and drained a few times
Tryed belt and seems to pull from 0 to 70 well. But don't feel as quick :s
I just hold back brake and hit spanner with a rubber mallet and for variator wedge something like a wrachet handle behind it
Not sure, around 98 I think it's slightly over fueled
