I had a pm52 on my vespa 172 then switched back to a standard pipe, i felt that the mid to top end performance was better with the standard pipe
V4 is a four valve head

yes mainly build for fun and then sell them to fund the next one my stealth vespa 172 is on here to i have another gilera evo 50 but i fitted that...
CHeck for spark first ,then check fuel is getting into carb ,spray easystart or simililar into carb ,maybe check reed valves
