hi i was just wondering what the difference is between a 2 stroke variator and a 4 stroke variator because they both look the same :scratch: lol...
hi buddy i have a 04 plate vx 125 and the bike shop siad around 15g. it says the same in my haynes manual.
i checked all the cam valves ect and they all seem fine and i reset the timing about 4 or 5 time ? thanks
took bike to a garage. they siad all top ends gone and engine is f**ked so sadly got to get another engine. anyone have a spare vx 125 lying...

the 180 kit wasn't working out so i changed every thing back to standard. now there is a weird knocking on the top end. any ideas? the valve...

there is usualy a sensor there with a single wire. but i don't realy think it would cut the bike out if disconnected :S .

thanks for the reply mate today i bought and fitted a vxr 180 gearbox and carb and its sorted it but it is still boging down slightly when going...
oooh right no problem mate thanks for the info. do you no what size jet is needed for it then mate. and is it just the main jet ? or pilot aswell...
