is tht a push bike light on the handle bars ? if so did it go through the mot with it coz i want to change my zip bars to ;)
i just undo the caliper and wriggle the caliper around disc and rim sounds weird but once u do it u realise what you gotta do lol
do you have a multimeter if so check the lead for resistance to see if its too high or could be the coil pack
so then it should just slide into place ?

heated the casing an used a socket to knock them in but u cant knock the crank in with a hammer can you ?
