Sorted, rollers were too big, 4.5g in now, runs sweeeeeet
argos have one in for £20
just top it up shake the bike about a bit, keep an eye on keep topping it up after a couple of rides, always worked for me

i'd say, try 4.5 G rollers first. be careful with the clutch its a bitch! research into it first before trying to take it apart, if it hits...
Bloody piston was on the wrong way, couldnt see the arrow. so anyone putting a piston on, point the bloody arrow downwards lol!
Righteo, clutch springs were too light for my exhaust, put the mid strength ones in, it pulls off ok, revs seem fine, slightly low maybe.....
as soon as the clutch goes to bit it splutters and keeps spluttering. it will redline with the wheel off the ground but splutters a bit getting...
any other ideas? splutters soon as the clutch bites, i can rev it to limit with back wheel off the ground but splutters a git getting there...
she runs! not properly though, must be burning the WD40 and 2 stroke oil, put some on and around the crank as it was a bit damp, must be burning...
