ahh you are using stock exhaust, not sure if they have the collars in. if they have it'll be one maybe two blobes of weld holding it in
thats really odd, mind you when i got mine and derestircted it it would do about 45 - 50 down hill (on the clock) have you taken the collar out...

have you check the obvious like restrictor in exhaust and variator, sounds like you want lighter rollers too, i'd try 5.5g
