well heavier rollers would make it rev less, so no i haven't
nah it does this regardless of jetting, reckon it could be electrical? i was thinking it could be the clutch as it has started to judder slightly...
My old streetrace 70 kit died, which i thought was the reason for the max rpm constantly changing between 7200rpm and 7800rpm, sometimes 9000rpm...

Yes I managed to run it without the case on or bendix on, and the rattle is still present when I rev it
