Not sure whether you are allowed to carry a passenger u less you pass your full motorcycle licence. All I know is that you can ride up to 49cc...
There is no M category on my licence which only Am A1 A2 etc... am (which I have) allows me to: Category AM You can drive 2-wheeled or 3-wheeled...
