Typh Josh is dead right. You need a box from about 130 to 100 for an open filter. It could be about 110 but it would be suicide to just choose one...

Hi you could take out the ones you have and weigh them- then reduce the value by a gram or so (total weight for the six).
is that 12 or 15 mm? if it's 15mm i'd start with 125 and work down carefully.
Yeah - but how much does a new admission pipe/new filter plus the gaskets/sealant & jets you will need cost ? You can't just slap an OKO onto...
Yeah right. If there isn't actually a hole in the crank case - at worst you will need a new crank, bearings, piston & cylinder and a new oil pump....
With an open filter I would seriously start at 145 with a 28 mm carb - and work down by fives. What size carb are you using ?
