lol, take off the panel you nutter
It's the bottom part of the carb. Just unscrew the drain screw it's thebottom brass screw on the carb and all the petrol in the float will come out.
Don't waste your money on a battery charger
I just read the thread properly, just use the kick start and when you go on a longer ride it'll charge up more and the electric start will work....
