Did oil and crap go into the stator cover when the seal came off ?
Sounds like you have split your manifold
Did you defo install the stator in the same place there should be three small notches on the stator line it up with the middle one
No have you checked your impeller is in one piece ...they arnt rite good a will cause the bike to over heat as there is no water getting round

yes the pipe literally has turned blue due to the heat and the wadding smoke after just revving it on stand

no it ticks over fine but backfires and dies when you touch the throttle ...its not top end just replaced rings and its fine ...shall i upjet it...
manifold not split but could be air leak somwhere thats the lines i was thinking and it has a scorpion pipe on
25mm carb and not sure about jets ....all look later
