i havet ran it so much on 105 just like 10 min down and up the road then the plug was correct color light brown ish, and ill see whats happening...
but it was running perfect on 105 jet and then i went for premix so i got 108 in, i had mix of 4.6 and 7.2 rollers in and it wouldnt ride as good...
first my set up , band new malossi 70 sport second hand hebo crank malossi multivar variator 7.2g rollers stage 6 belt white contra spring...
oh not sure then , check your oil pump belt( behind the variator ) might of went
probably something in transmission , check if you fitted the front pulley straight with all washers inside
yh i checked it with them today they said i have to have one , sorted it out already. Chubz it all depends on person whos doing the mot he might...
i did take it apart as i had to get it ready for mot , setof other panels , new back tyre , clocks back on, no wheelie bar. im getting mot...
yh gona have to order the side stand then :(

wow £20 is a rip of my garage does two wheels for £5 , and yh there is tools , have a look on ped parts tool section or tyres one
my mate had this set up on hes aerox so same engine : molossi sport 70 same as your polini yasuni r (de restricted ) de restricted intake...
yh take time doing that dont rush it !
