yes it turns over nicely but on the speedo it has a egnine managment light ( like on cars ) this is aways lit up unless i am holding starter...

just keep an eye on your spark plug the colour of it will tell you if its running rich if its black its to rich you want it to be a nice coco...

yes its running rich sounds like it has to big of a pilot jet to me although it could be your main as you have been swapping it around
