leave the front mudgaurd off m8 they look shit on a neos i tock mine off lol,and cut down the stupidly big back mudgaurd ;)

OMG! i have ecsacly the same problem i have a 2003 yamaha neos, it only tend to do this if its realycold or i leave it for more than 3 days...

yours could be you rollers making it go slow after accseleration, or a crankshaft problem if it judders that much
OMG! i spent like 4hours polishing my tranny case , then i only had brasso so i polished it up with that on a mop drillbit in my handy impactdrill...
