if i red right you sed you had a 60 jet in the carb and was bogging out at full throttle but wen u put ur hand over the carb it ran much better...

if your wanting a good reliable kit then stay away from alluminium kits like the x-tech pm tuning u spoke of and keep to the cast iron kits like...
If you don't think you can do it then yeah garage is your best option that way if something goes rong once its repaired you can blame the garage.

Yeah £120 does seem a bit much if its to change a bush.
Im sure you can use any coolant as long as its antifreeze lol. and yes you will most probebly have to re-bleed the cooling system.
They cant tell you what rollers you need from a dyno mate lol they can tell you which ones work best if they kept changing them and putting it...
Just have to keep looking on places like ebay and gumtree untill a nice looking tuned Aerox turns up for sale mate.
