you wont able to tell by revving it on stand as the engine can rev freely and also i think a lil lighter on the rollers but your setup is diffrent...
this could be your ht coil but put in a new spark plug first and check for any loose wires

i always use skf bearings and seals as i can get them cheap also they are very good bearings
try putting an air filter on will give your bike a louder and nicer sound :)
yes will probs be down to rollers but 70 does sound a bit small for a 70cc what bike isit and it could also be your mixture screw neeeds setting...

your scooter should still spark with no battery on but try charging your new battery as new battery need to be charged when you buy them try...
