to be honest mate your exhaust is holding you way back you will never get the full potential of your kit with this it is desighnied for 50-70cc...
i have heard the webber carbs are hard to set up also the main jets are diffrent from the dellorto try get a 17.5 dellorto
it could just be the rong rollers in there as you say it doesnt rev up high
you probably need to lighten your rollers to go with the performance exhaust
im not sure but you might be able to get a performance variator for your bike
yes yasuni are much better than technigas and it would be better to buy a 70kit instead of boring out as you can only usually bore it a small...
if the back wheel is very stiff make sure the breaks are not stuck on and also make sure it has gearbox oil good look getting it fixed
