right if you take your engine casing if it should look something like this, the vairiator is the front pulley looking thing here is the spacer...
and i think for the non rolling nut engine you can only get a secondary gear up
have you checked for the spacer in the variator
could be screaming of the line from the roller wieghts, isnt 3 gram a bit light for your setup
